PURPOSE:To hold a uniform-light irradiation rod firmly by providing a holder holding a section in the vicinity of the end surface section of a laser-light equalizing means by lines or points. CONSTITUTION:With an output-side holder 13, contact nose sections 130a, 130b are formed to a knife edge shape, and it is brought into contact with a uniform- light irradiation rod 5 under a linear state, divided into two sections 13a and 13b in the same manner as a holder 9, and pressure-welded firmly by a screw, etc. Accordingly, rod 5 itself can be fixed tightly without approximately disturbing the state of reflection of laser lights in the uniform-light irradiation rod 5, and the falling-off or vibrations of the uniform-light irradiation rod can be removed even when a quantity of shocks are applied from the outside. |
