PURPOSE:To prevent damage to a pump by a method in which a sea water- resistant grease is packed into one of pressure chambers for discharge divided by a piston, and a low-viscous working oil supplying path is provided on the inlet side of the other pressure chamber for driving the piston. CONSTITUTION:When a pinion 22 is driven in the direction of arrows and a support leg 24 is lowered, a valve 29 is closed, a valve 30 is opened, and pumps 2 and 34 are actuated. A low-viscous working oil in a tank 1 is pressurized by the pump 2 and sent through a dispensing valve 3 into a pressure chamber 32 for driving piston in a cylinder 15. A piston 16 moves to a pressure chamber 19 for discharge, and a grease 19' in the chamber 19 is supplied through a sending path 21 to a place 17. At the same time, working oil pressurized by the pump 34 fills up a space 43 through a dispensing valve 36, thereby preventing the intrusion of the grease 19' into the aperture 43 between the piston 16 and the cylinder 15 through a packing 18.
