PURPOSE:To transfer a mail without deteriorating the picture quality and to improve the operability of input by registering mail control information and designating the designation information such as its register number or the like from a simple input device, combining the mail control information with the mail text and sending the mail. CONSTITUTION:An input/output interface (INF) section 100 receives a user number, a registration number and mail control information from a terminal equipment 10, transfers it, a processing section 200 retrieves a user management table 310 corresponding to the user number and writes a storage address of the registration number and the main control information therein and stores the main control information in a main control information memory 340. Further, the INF section 100 receives the user number, registration number and mail number from a simple input device 20 and transfers them to a main control information/main text combination processing 400. The processing section 400 retrieves the table 310 to read the main control information in the memory 340. In inputting the distributed main text from the facsimile equipment 30, the INF section 100 transfers it to the processing section 400, which combines the mail control information and the upper part mail text and transfers the result to a main distribution processing section 500. |
