DIRECT POSITIVE TYPE SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having sufficiently a large max. concn. and sufficiently a small min. conc. and an excellent storage stability and a high sensitivity by applying a silver halide particle contg. more silver chloride than that contd. in the layer adjacent to the most outer layer to the most outer layer which is placed at the most outside of the double layers shell. CONSTITUTION:The internal latent image type silver halide particle is comprised the core which is chemically sensitized or is dopped with a metal ion, and the double layers shell of at least two layers coated the core. The most outer layer positioned at the most outer side of the double layers shell is comprised the silver halide particle which contains the more silver chloride than that contained in the layer adjacent to the most outer layer. The most outer layer of the silver halide particle may completely cover on the surface of the silver halide particle or selectively cover on the part of the surface thereof. The most outer layer is preferable to cover more than >=10% the surface of the particle.
