<p>PURPOSE:To obtain stably a polyimide film having heat-resistant stability and electrical conductivity, by using a dope solution made by blending a slurry solution of specific carbon short fibers with a solution of a polymerizable component, polymerizing the component, and preparing the dope solution. CONSTITUTION:Carbon short fibers having 1-30mu, preferably 5-20mu fiber diame ter and 0.05-3mm, preferably 0.1-2mm length are dried to <=1.0wt% water content, the fibers and added to a polymerization solvent to prepare a slurry solution carbon short fibers, the slurry solution is blended with an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid component and an aromatic diamine component or its solution, a polymerization reaction is carried out, an aromatic polyamic acid or aromatic polyimide is formed, a film-forming dope solution is prepared from the polymerization, the dope solution is made into a film, to give a film uniform ly blended with 10-40wt%, preferably 15-35wt% carbon short fibers, having 5-200mu thickness.</p> |
