PURPOSE:To automatically supply oil due to the drop of an oil surface and to prevent dirtying the periphery by bringing up the air due to the air pocket in an oil pump into an auxiliary tank by rotating the oil pump after confirming that the auxiliary tank is fully filled with the oil filled in an attachment from an oil tank by connecting the transparent auxiliary tank to the top of the attachment. CONSTITUTION:In order to fill oil in a cooler 3 and an oil pump 5, the oil in an oil tank 11 is pressed with nitrogen gas from a nitrogen cylinder 12 and is poured in an auxiliary tank 6 from a valve 7 rising further above an air vent flange 3. Since the auxiliary tank 6 is transparent, the volume of the oil can be judged from outside. After confirming that the auxiliary tank 6 is fully filled with oil, the air in the air pocket in the oil pump 5 is stirred by the blade of the rotated oil pump 5, brought up in the auxiliary tank 6 and the oil surface in the auxiliary tank 6 is lowered by the volume of the air. After confirming that perfectly no air pocket exists, the valve 7 is closed, the auxiliary tank 6 is removed, the air vent flange 3 is covered and an oil-pouring operation is finished. |
