PURPOSE:To easily overhaul chambers manually even at a narrow place and to easily clean the lower side chamber and the main unit chamber, by removing the overhauled lower side chamber from the main unit chamber, with a removable lever. CONSTITUTION:The main unit chamber 1a of an oil cooler 1 is supported by struts 2, and on the lower section, a lower side chamber 1b is fitted with bolts and nuts 3. On the main unit chamber 1a, an oil cooler shell 1d is fitted, and on the shell, an upper side chamber 1e is fitted. The bottom surface of the lower side chamber over 1b is provided with suspension hardwares 4. In order t overhaul the lower side chamber 1b of this structure, first, the fitting slot 6c on one side end of a lever 6 is fitted on the fulcrum 5 of the strut 2, and rollers 8 inserted into the hole of the suspension hardware on the bottom surface of the lower side chamber 1b are mounted on parallel rails 6a. By removing the bolts and nuts 3 in this state, the lower side chamber 1b is removed to be cleaned. |
