PURPOSE:To drive both the 1st load of low voltage and large current and the 2nd load of a circuit system, etc. in a simple constitution and with high efficiency, by using a switching regulator to drive a series circuit of said 1st and 2nd loads. CONSTITUTION:The voltage supplied to an input terminal 1 is stabilized by a switching regulator 2 and delivered to a current shunt type constant current circuit 3. The output voltage of the circuit 3 is supplied to a load 4 having a fixed level of current like a circuit system. while the output voltage of the circuit 3 is also fed back to the regulator 2. The circuit 3 contains a series circuit of a load 3a having low voltage and large current and a detection current between the input and the output of a shunt regulator 3b. The regulator 3b is controlled by the voltage generated at the joint between the load 3a and the resistance R. In such a constitution of a power supply circuit, the output voltage of the circuit 3 is fed back to a regulator as the stabilized control voltage. Thus the output voltage of the circuit 3, i.e., the driving voltage of the load 4 is stabilized.
