PURPOSE:To make calculation of points, calculation of amount claimed and transmission of prescriptions to a dispensary automatically by a window machine and simplify hospital operation remarkably by inputting necessary information by a window machine and recording specified data in a visible magnetic card and handing over to patients. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a window machine A provided at the window of a reception desk or an accountant, an automatic paying machine B installed in a place where patients are waiting after consultation such as a waiting room etc. and a dispensary indicator C provided in a dispensary in or out of a hospital. A clerk operates an input starting key a1 of an input section 1 of the window machine A, and inputs his name and number of clinical chart, and input ID code. Further, items of medical examination written in the chart are inputted and finally, medicinal codes and the quantity of the medicines are inputted. When an input completion key a2 is operated, medical fee, i.e. amount claimed, is calculated by an arithmetic section. |
