PURPOSE:To prepare a homogenous mixed composition high in reliability, by providing a mixing basket having the required number of piercing fine holes provided to the outer peripheral wall to the main shaft connected to a variable speed drive means at one end thereof so as to fix the same thereto in one stage or in comb shaped multiple stages. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of liquid constituent materials injected in a mixing basket 7a through constituent material injection means 2, 3 are extruded from the interior of the mixing basket 7a toward the outer peripheral wall 12 thereof by the action of centrifugal force generated with the rotation of the mixing basket 7a. Constituent materials having almost equal high specific gravities are scattered to the space between the outer peripheral wall 12 of the basket and the inner surface of an outer tank 6 almost simultaneously by centrifugal force through a large number of fine holes 13 provided to the outer peripheral wall 12 of the mixing basket 7a and formed into splash to the mutually collided and mixed. Because constituent materials are formed into fine particles to be mutually mixed at this time, the mixing of the open air is not generated. |
