PURPOSE:To provide the titled coating composition having low baking temperature and excellent rust-proofing property and suitable for the coating of Al material, by using an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin and an isocyanate resin at specific ratios as the resin components. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating composition contains the resin components composed of (A) 60-70pts.(wt.) of an acrylic resin (preferably having an OH value of 20-60), (B) 2-10pts. of an epoxy resin (preferably an epihalohydrin- bisphenol A epoxy resin) and (C) 25-35pts. of an isocyanate resin (preferably hexamethylene diisocyanate resin). The equivalent ratio (NCO/OH) of the NCO group of the resin C to the OH group of the resin A is preferably 1.0-1.1.
