PURPOSE:To prevent to make a flaw and to prevent the adhesion of dust on the surface of an image, and the deterioration of image quality by providing a protective layer contg. fine particles on the surface of a photosensitive layer, and by performing the image forming treatment contg. two times of the exposure and a development or more. CONSTITUTION:The protective layer contg. the fine particles is provided on the surface of the photosensitive layer, and the image forming treatment contg. at least the exposure and the development is performed more than two times. The usable substrate may have light transmittance and flexibility. When the substrate is used to an electrophotographic recording material, the substrate is further performed the conductive treatment. The light transmittable photosensitive body is comprised various kinds of the high polymer compd. such as a polyvinylcarbazole, a polyvinyl pyrene and derivatives thereof, when the substrate is used to the photosensitive material. The mean particle size of the fine particles contd. in the surface protective layer is preferably 0.005-5mum. The additional amount of the fine particles is usually 1-500wt% parts on the basis of 100pts.wt. of the binding resin. The thickness of the surface protective layer is 0.01-5mum. By constituting the surface protective layer as mentioned above, the formation of the flaw, the adhesion of the dust on the surface of the protective layer and the deterioration of the image quality are prevented. |
