PURPOSE:The titled composition having extremely improved impact resistance, obtained by blendingh polycarbonate resin with a specific modified ethylene.alpha- olefin copolymer. CONSTITUTION:Polycarbonate resin is blended with a modified ethylene.alpha-olefin copolymer obtained by grafting an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester shown by the forjmula (n=0-4; m=1-10; R<1> and R<2> are H or alkyl; R<3> is H, alkyl or carboxyl) onto an ethylene.alpha-olefin copolymer and/or a modified ethylene.alpha- olefin copolymer obtained by grafting the alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester shown by the formula and an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride to the ethylene.alpha-olefin copolymer and, if necessary, 0.5-120pts.wt. inorganic filler and 0.01-5pts.wt. epoxy compound. |
