PURPOSE:To enable an originating subscriber to obtain message information without any waiting time by forming one or plural storing areas using the originating subscriber's No. as an index and storing a prescribed message information in accordance with the originating subscriber expected to call. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber is to go out, required massage information is written in the storing areas 21 of the memory means 20 by using the subscriber's No. of an originating subscriber expected to call as an index. The writing is executed by the 2nd writing means 23 of a system control circuit 14. At first, an originating signal and the originating subscriber's No. are sent from the originating side. A detecting means 24 compares the originating subscriber's No. with the previously recorded originating subscriber's No. to be used as an index, and is the corresponding No. is detected, the recorded message information is read out by the 1st reading means 25 and sent to the originating subscriber by a communication processing circuit 11. When the originating subscriber outputs a response message corresponding to the recorded message information, the 1st writing means 22 the response message in the memory means 20.
