PURPOSE:To detect easily whether a supporting plate or the like is precisely fixed on a substrate or not by positioning the drawing edges of electrodes closer to the centers of the main surfaces of a piezo substrate as compared to its edges. CONSTITUTION:The ends 3b, 4b of respective electrodes 3, 4 are drawn in the end part direction of a piezo-seramic plate and the drawing edges 3b, 4b are positioned closer to the centers of the main surfaces 2a, 2b of the piezo substrate 2 as compared to its edges 2c, 2d. Thereby, the main surface parts between the drawing edges 3b, 4b and the edges 2c, 2d of the piezo substrate 2 are non-electrodes parts 5, 6 where no electrode exists. The resonator 1 is arranged on an insulating substrate 11 forming leading parts 12, 13 on both the ends. Then, conductive paint 16 is applied near the end parts of the resonator 1 to electrically connect the electrodes 3, 4 to the leading parts 12, 13 and connect the resonator on the substrate 11.
