PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening-closing control device capable of assisting so that an operator can operate a door for opening-closing with the excellent touch.SOLUTION: A power back door control device 10 comprises a control part 1 for controlling driving of a motor 20 for opening-closing a back door 30, a position detection part 1a for detecting an opening-closing position of the back door 30, a speed calculation part 1b for calculating an opening-closing speed of the back door 30 based on a time variation in the opening-closing position and a target auxiliary force calculation part 1e for calculating target auxiliary force based on the opening-closing position and the opening-closing speed of the back door 30. The control part 1 controls the driving of the motor 20 based on the target auxiliary force so as to assist opening-closing operation of the back door 30. The target auxiliary force calculated by the target auxiliary force calculation part 1e when the opening-closing position of the back door 30 exists in an intermediate position, is larger than the target auxiliary force calculated by the target auxiliary force calculation part 1e when the opening-closing position of the back door 30 exists in the full opening position vicinity and the full closing position vicinity.
