PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a closed circuit liquid pressure apparatus by utilizing a pump comprising an impeller having plural blades made of resilient member and sliding said blades against the inner wall of cylinder to feed the pressure liquid as a boost pump of closed circuit liquid pressure apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The boost pump 7 of closed circuit liquid pressure apparatus has an impeller 36 to be driven through the input shaft 6 and plural blades 37 made of resilient member are provided on the outercircumference of the impeller 36 to slide against the inner wall face of the cylinder chamber 35. In the boost pump 7, the blades 37 are separated from the inner wall of the cylinder chamber 35 upon increase of the pressure in the delivery line 8 to perform self-relief function thereby it is not required to provide additional relief valve thus to perform the capacity control. Consequently, the number of parts of closed circuit liquid pressure apparatus is reduced resulting in simplification of the structure.
