PURPOSE:To reduce number of connecting cables between equipments by sending alarm and control signals in one line. CONSTITUTION:An input control signal is amplified in an amplifier 2 for two and a half times, is sent to a remote equipment through a line 3 and is used as an input to each of three comparators 4. An alarm input signal is amplified in an amplifier 6 for two and a half times, is sent to the remote equipment through the line 3 and is used as an input to an comparator 7. Voltages 6.3V, 3.8V and 1.3V generated in a resistance type potential divider 8 are supplied to the comparators 4 as the reference voltages. A voltage 3.8V generated in a resistance type potential divider 9 is supplied to the comparator 7 as a reference voltage. A receiver for control signals discriminates their ON or OFF according to the output '0' or '1' from the comparator 7. A receiver for alarm signals processes outputs from the comparators 4 in a logical circuit 10 to output alarm signals.
