PURPOSE:To use a cheap ITV camera and a display device or the like as a picture input and output device by feeding a picture image data inputted by an interlaced scanning to a picture image processing section as a sequential scanning type image data of a different picture element speed and outputting the processed image data by the interlaced scanning by the picture element speed on being inputted again. CONSTITUTION:A change-over signal generating section 85 alternately generates a signal 0 and a signal 1 at every time when a frame change over signal is received two times, and according thereto, change over switches 63, 73, 83, 84 are respectively connected to an input terminal of A or B. For instance, when the change over switches 63, 73, 83, 84 are changed over to the terminal of A, an image data inputted from an image input device by an interlaced scanning is written in the first input image memory 61, and while this time, a storing content of the second input image memory 62 is inputted to an image processor 3 by a sequential scanning. The image data obtained by a processing in the image processor 3 is written in the second output image memory 72 by the sequential scanning and while this time, a storing content of the first output image memory 71 is outputted by a standard television system interlaced scanning. |
