<p>PURPOSE:To reduce considerably the man-hour required for quality evaluation by providing color images for measurement in addition to color picture element parts for image display. CONSTITUTION:Color elements 1-3 are constituted of red, green and blue. Color elements 4-6 for measurement are larger than the elements 1-3 and are made of 300-400mum square. The elements 1-3 are for evaluation of the color difference values of three colors but the respective colors are varied in the stage of forming and coloring the color elements if the size is too different from the color elements for image display and therefore the design to the extremely different size must be averted. A colorimeter equipped with a precision microscope is used hereto fore to measure the color of color filters and this apparatus is large-sized and requires time for the operation but the use of a portable colorimeter is made possible by this construction, by which the time required for the color measurement in a quality test for the light resistance, heat resistance, etc. of the color filter is considerably reduced.</p> |
