PURPOSE:To perform stable rotating operation by providing a filler which is arranged at the periphery of an air pump and has high heat conductivity and absorbs vibration and a sealed container which covers the filler, and composing an optical deflector of the 1st and the 2nd pipe members made of materials which do not transmit vibration. CONSTITUTION:One end of the 1st air pipe 15 made of a material which does not transmit vibration is connected to the compressed air outlet 11a of the air pump 11 and the other end is connected to an air intake 24a for compressed air provided to the housing bottom plate 24 of an optical deflector unit B. The air pump 11 is held in the sealed container 12 with the filler 13 made of a material which absorbs vibration and has high heat conductivity, so vibration is attenuated. Further, generated heat is radiated out by the filler 13 having the high heat conductivity and the air pump 11 is cooled. The sealed container 12 is provided with an air filter 16 at the suction port of a connection part with the 2nd air pipe 27 and air which is contaminated during circulation in the optical deflector unit B is purified and sucked into an air pump storage part A in a clean state. |
