发明名称 IMMUNOLOGICAL ASSAYING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To rapidly and simply perform the quantitative assaying of a substance to be examined with high accuracy, by reacting a specific first antibody, a lyposome reagent, a third antibody and a complement with the substance to be examined in a specimen and measuring the marker substance eluted from the lyposome reagent. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of the lyposome consisting of a first antibody sectionalized by removing a complement bonding region from the antibody obtained by a first immunized animal by using a substance to be examined as an antigen, at least one of phospholipid and glycolipid and cholesterol, the second antibody sectionalized by removing a complement bonding region from the antibody obtained by a second immunized animal by using the immune globulin of the aforementioned immunized animal as an antigen according to a crosslinking method is immobilized and, further, an immunological assaying lyposome reagent having a hydrophylic marker substance sealed therein, the third antibody obtained by the aforementioned immunized animal by using the substance to be examined as an antigen and a complement are reacted with the substance to be examined contained in a specimen to measure the marker substance eluted from the lyposome reagent. By this method, the quantitative assaying of the substance to be examined is performed. This lyposome reagent has wide general-purpose property and is used in the quantitative assaying of the substance to be examined.
