First a base mold is set on the fence ground. Supporters for a supporting bar(2) are established upon the base mold with appointed height. Then the concrete fence columns(4) are hung on the supporting bar(2) at the prescribed distance. The columns maintain a perpendicular line by their weight. The lower end portion of the column is laid into the mold and concrete is poured. Columns can be made of various shapes by using an appropriate column holding apparatus and method. This method maintins precisely the fence columns with the appointed distance, height and angle.
