PURPOSE:To keep the flatness of a planar member, by a method wherein the planar member formed by providing material different from the material of a thin plate in laminated state onto one side surface of thin plate, another surface of thin plate is joined in lamination by the same material as said material or otherwise by material having physical mechanical properties similar thereto to be formed. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 made of material quality capable of being etched is pretreated, coated with photo resist 2 as a photosensitive agent and sufficiently dried by heating. The film-mask 3 on which an orifice picture is printed is used and exposed part of photo resist 2 on the film mask 3 side is cured by polymerization. The photo resist 2 on which light is irradiated is processed by development, washed, and the photo resist 2 of orifice part, the jet opening of ink, is made to remain. The substrate 1 is dipped into nickel electrodeposition solution and a nickel thin film 4 is deposited on the both sides of substrate 1. It is etched from the rear surface side of substrate 1 and corroded, in a cup state, from the exposed part of substrate 1 to which the photo resist 2 is not adhered. The orifice is bored and the protective coat 5 of nickel or the like is formed. |
