PURPOSE:To easily change the shaft angle and transmit large torque at a uniform speed by providing joints each having two degrees of freedom on both ends and a joint having one degree of freedom in the middle or connecting the input/output shafts with five joints each having one degree of freedom. CONSTITUTION:Joints A, B each having two degrees of freedom restricting only the axial rotation, intermediate shafts 3, 4 having a uniform length or optional lengths, and a joint C having one degree of freedom and performing only bending are provided on an input shaft 1 and an output shaft 2. Thereby, the shaft angle can be changed optionally and easily, and large torque can be transmitted at a uniform speed even if input/output shafts are in parallel. In addition, the joints A, B each having two degrees of freedom can be replaced with two joints having one degree of freedom respectively to facilitate production. |
