PURPOSE:To make it possible to reproduce a still picture picked up in a superior picture quality by the reproducing device of reference television system by delaying a light receiving signal from a photosensitive picture element which is arranged at an adjacemt line for a half time of one horizontal period and performing the signal of the first field scanning line to output a video picture with an interlaced scanning or the like. CONSTITUTION:Each output signal of the photosensitive picture elements which constitutes the photoreceiving part of an image sensor 1 arranged, for example, at a (2i-1) line and a (2i) line is delayed by a 0.5H delay line 3 and a 0.5H delay line 5 and synthesized by a signal process circuit 9 and a picture signal at the first field is performed.
