PURPOSE:To improve utility of recovered energy with a small-size facility by installing a hot water generator, which recovers bypass steam by refrigerating it with cooling water, and also installing a controller to control flow of cooling water according to pressure of bypass steam. CONSTITUTION:During the process of cooling water, which was atomized and sprayed from the sprinkling nozzle 4 of a hot water generator 10, being resprayed by a sprinkling board 6, hot water is generated by heat exchanging after being mixed with steam introduced from a bypass steam inlet pipe 7. Pressure inside the hot water generator 10 is introduced through a conduit 15 into a pressure controller 14, and a result after comparing its pressure with a set value controls a control valve 16 installed between a cool water inlet pipe 9 and a vent condenser 20. The generated hot water is sent to a hot water reserving tank 40 through a warm water outlet pipe 31 by a discharge pump 32. |
