PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by arranging a resilient film between a cone and the inner face of suction pipe than twisting each resilient film through a movable rod and a ring gear thus regulating the pressure/flow. CONSTITUTION:A pressure/flow regulator 21 is provided with a cone 22 arranged on the axis of suction pipe 3 and plural resilient films 23 arranged radially between the cone 22 and the inner face of suction pipe. Upon clockwise rotation of a ring gear 27 through a drive gear 28, respective movable rod 25 will rotate around a bearing 26. Consequently, the resilient film 23 is twisted clockwise around a fixed rod 24 to apply whirl effect onto the fluid, resulting in simplification of the structure of pressure/flow regulator.
