PURPOSE:To obtain high torque in over the low speed revolution and high speed revolution by selecting the supercharged air and the natural inhaled air by the operation of an air pump which utilizes the revolution of a rotary main shaft of an internal-combustion engine as power source. CONSTITUTION:Since, in the normal operation, a clutch 23 is released, an air pump 18 is not operated, and no air is supplied from a supercharging air port 20. Air is introduced into a pressure adjusting chamber 14 from an outside-air taking-in port 16 by pushing-opening a check valve 15, and mixed with fuel, passing through a fuel mixing part 13, and then distributed into each internal- combustion engine 10, passing through an intake manifold 27. In supercharge operation, the clutch 23 is connected, and air is introduced into the pressure adjusting chamber 14, passing through the air pump 18, and mixed with fuel, passing through the fuel mixing part 13, and supplied into each internal-combustion engine 10. In this case, the check valve 15 is closed.
