PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy of a bearing part and to shorten working time by forming a clearance groove for a cutting tool which is con nected to a pair of back bearing parts and worked deeper than the cut margins of these bearing parts in a housing. CONSTITUTION:The clearance groove 19 worked deeper than the cutting margins of the 1st and 2nd bearing parts 11, 12 and connected to both the back bearing parts 11b, 12b is formed on the basis of die-cast work. In the case of cutting from the 1st bearing part 11 to the 2nd bearing part 12, the cutting tool horizontally moved from a clearance part 17 to the back bearing part 11b through a front bearing part 11a arrives at the back bearing part 12b of the 2nd bearing part by horizontally moving as it is along the clearance groove 19 in an arrow direction and then completes required cutting by horizontally moving to the front bearing part 12a and a clearance part 18. Since the cutting tool can be horizontally moved like one-stroke along the course shown by the arrow at the cutting of the 1st and 2nd bearing parts 11, 12, it is unnecessary to move the cutting tool up and down or reversely.
