摘要 PURPOSE:To knead substance, whose heat of reactions and viscosity change on standing, uniformly by a mechanism wherein inside blades and outside blades are mounted to a vertical shaft in a vertical cylindrical tank at specified angles and the vertical shaft is rotated and moved up and down. CONSTITUTION:A vertical main shaft 2 is concentrically mounted to a cylindrical tank 1, and outside blades 4, 4' contacting with an inwall of the tank and inside blades 3, 3' are installed to the lower end portion at the locations of relationship forming the rotary symmetry of the integer degree. When angles which both the inside blades and the outside blades and the horizontal surface of a body to be treated in the tank make up are alpha and beta, the blades are built up so as to satisfy the relationship of ABsinalpha<=CDsinbeta (where AB>=CD) between the maximum width DC of the outside blades and the maximum width AB of the inside blades. A formula pigamma1/4n<=AB<= pigamma1/n is formed. Where n is the degree of rotary symmetry, and gamma1 is distance between the center of the maximum width of the inside blades and an axial core of the vertical shaft 2. Substance being accompanied by the changes of the heat of reactions and viscosity is uniformly kneaded by rotating the vertical shaft 2 while moving it up and down.
