PURPOSE:To increase thermal stability by incorporating Nd, Pr, Dy, Fe, Co, B, etc., in the ratio represented by a prescribed composition formula. CONSTITUTION:The anisotropic sintered permanent magnet alloy is formed of a composition represented by the composition formula [(Nd, Pr)1-alphaDyalpha](Fe1-x-y-zCoxByMz)A (where x=0-0.5, y=0.02-0.3, z=0.0001-0.03, A=4-7.5, alpha=0.001-0.3, and M is an dditive element other than Nd, Pr, Dy, Fe, Co and B). This alloy has increased thermal stability owing to the addition of a proper amount of Dy. |
