PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent resistance to heat and wear, consisting of a vinyl chloride resin, a vinyl polymer and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:3-150pts.wt. vinyl polymer (A) contg. at least one silyl group of the formula (wherein R is H, a 1-10C alkyl, aryl, aralkyl; X is a hydrolyzable group; n is 0-2), 30-200pts.wt. plasticizer (B) (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) and, optionally, 0.01-5pts.wt. catalyst (C) (e.g. dibutyltin dilaurate) capable of accelerating the formation of a siloxane linkage, are blended with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (D) having an average degree of polymn. of 700-4,500 and a vinyl chloride content of 85% or above to obtain a vinyl chloride resin compsn. The compsn. is melt-kneaded at 120-200 deg.C for at least 2min and molded into a sheet. The sheet is laminated onto a laminate composed of asbesbos woven or nonwoven fabric.
