PURPOSE:To make improvements in a cooling effect on a brake mechanism, by constituting it so as to send air upon regulating an air quantity in an axial direction inside a wheel with wheel temperature, in case of the wheel which makes its surface into smoothness and thereby reduces air resistance. CONSTITUTION:At normal time, a vent hole 3 of a wheel 1 is closed by a shutter 4, and air will not flow into the wheel 1 as piercing through in the axial direction. And, when temperature in the wheel 1 comes high enough a heat sensitive driver 5 composed of a form memory alloy is set in motion, rotating the shutter 4, and the vent hole 3 is opened, thereby sending the air into the wheel 1 in its axial direction. With this constitution, a cooling effect on a brake mechanism is well improved.
