发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To permit to improve the heat transfer performance and compact heat exchanger by a method wherein arbitrary sheets of fin thin sheets are arranged between plate type tubes in substantially parallel with predetermined spaces and both of the members are connected by connecting members so as to transfer heat while the flow path of the other fluid is formed of the plate type tubes, the fin thin sheets and the connecting members. CONSTITUTION:The fin thin sheets 12 are located at both sides of the plate type tube 11 and connecting members 13 are provided between the tube 11 and the fin thin sheets 12 as well as between the fin thin sheets 12 while both members are connected so as to transfer heat. Fluid T flows through the plate type tube 11 and the other fluid U lows through spaces constituted of the tube 11, the thin sheets 12 and the connecting members 13 while heat exchange can be effected not only on the surfaces of the tube 11 but also on the surfaces of the fin thin sheets 12 bia the connecting members 13. The configuration of the connecting member 13 is simple, therefore, the accuracy thereof can be secured easily, the tube 11 and the thin sheets 12 are connected perfectly and the pitches between fin shin sheets can be uniformed, therefore, the size of the heat exchanger may be reduced easily without deteriorating the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger.
