PURPOSE:To arrange the shape of a container so as to have a good configuration, by arranging the shape of the container under heating by induction heating by male and female reference molds having molding surfaces each having a required shape corresponding to at least an opening part so as to form the configuration according to the molding surfaces and removing the strain of the container. CONSTITUTION:Male and female reference molds 1, 2 each comprising a non-conductive material and a high frequency induction heating coil 3 are provided and the reference molds 1, 2 have molding surface 4, 5 having required shapes corresponding to at least the opening part of a shape arranged finishing product. A molded container (a) is set to the reference molds 1, 2 and a current is flowed to the high frequency induction heating coil under pressure due to the mold clamping of the reference molds 1, 2 to perform the induction heating of the metal foil in the molded container (a) and the metal foil is heated within an instantaneous short time of about 1-10 sec while the plastic layer of the molded container (a) is also heated to be softened and slid to arrange the shape of the molded container (a) so as to obtain the configuration according to the molding surfaces 4, 5 of the reference molds 1, 2 and, if the molded container is taken out from the reference molds 1, 2 after cooling, a shape arranged finishing product free from strain is obtained. |
