PURPOSE:To make it possible to certainly detect the existence of leakage of water in such a state that a water service meter for collectively metering water performs a water metering operation, by generating an alarm when said state succeeds for a definite time or more though all of water service meters individually metering water take no water metering operation. CONSTITUTION:Water service meters 11-1n generate pulse signals at every water metering operation and monomultivibrators 31-3n, to which the pulse signals were applied, output H-level signals for a predetermined time to apply the same to an OR circuit 42. When the quantities of water leaked from spigots at plural places are the min. start quantities of the meters 11-1n or less through water was leaked from said spigots, such a state that all of the meters 11-1n performs no water metering operation succeeds for a predetermined time and, when a water service meter 4 for collectively metering water of a water receiving system performs water metering operation during this time, both of a NOT circuit 43 and a monomultivibrator 41 respectively come to an H-level. Therefore, in this case, the output of an AND circuit 44 comes to an H-level and a buzzer 45 issues sound. Water leakage such that only the water service meter for collectively metering water is used in metering can be certainly detected and rapidly informed. |
