PURPOSE:To enable defrosted condition to be detected with high accuracy even when generated water vapor is not so much in cooking by installing shielding members at an exhaust passage and an air inlet hole in such a manner that a circulating flow passage connecting an exhaust hole and an air inlet hole is also connected to an exhaust passage and said shielding members are closed during defrosting time. CONSTITUTION:As shielding members 12, 13 close an air inlet hole 5 and an exhaust passage 8 respectively during defrosting time, air in a heating room 1 circulates through an exhaust hole 7, a circulating flow passage 11, an air blast hole 10, and the heating room 1 in the direction of the arrow. As a result, water vapor from heated stuff, that is, frozen food is accumulated in circulating air and relative humidity thereof changes largely and so the amount of resistance change is increased largely, and therefore, defrosted condition is enabled to detect with high accuracy.
