Non-fogging goggles for work and sports activities, the inner space of the goggles being subdivided into an eye space and a nose space and non-return valves being arranged between eye space and nose space and between nose space and the outer side of the goggles in such a way that when the wearer breathes in through his/her nose, the air breathed in reaches the eye space through channels located in the rim of the goggles and flushes the inside of the pane, whereas the moist air breathed out through the nose passes directly to the outside via the nose space. <IMAGE>
