PURPOSE:To remove a noise component generated by a time base variation of a jitter, etc., and to reproduce a sound signal with high quality by executing a prescribed digital signal processing after a band limit is executed to a reproducing sound signal when a noise component has periodicity and is outputted as a certain constant pattern signal. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converting circuit 5 converts the output signal of a band-pass filter BPF2, a band filter BPF2, to analog digital. RAM 7 and 8 record the digital output signal at every prescribed period. A comparing gate circuit 6 compares the information of the signal before the prescribed period recorded at the RAM 7 and 8 and the information of the output signal of the A/D converting circuit 5 and extracts the noise component. The device has a composite circuit consisting of RAM 7 and 8, a comparing circuit 12, a register 13 for the flag, switches SW1 and SW2, an inverting circuit 14, NAND circuits 15 and 17, AND circuits 16 and 18, selecting circuits 23 and 24, comparing and writing address generating circuit 25, a reading address generating circuit 26, a control processing circuit composed of a digit switch 27, an adder circuit 3, a complement circuit 19, a D/A converting circuit 20, a mixing circuit composed of a low-pass filter LPF21.
