PURPOSE:To strengthen the holding force of a bearing by integrally molding a frame and a stator with synthetic resin to enclose the bent portion of the frame, thereby reducing a leakage magnetic flux from the interior of a motor without decreasing the concentricity of the stator with a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A coil 21 is wound around a stator 20, and a frame 22 is formed by pressing an iron plate. The stator 20 and the frame 22 are integrally molded with synthetic resin 23. The resin 23 is molded substantially on the entire surface of the stator 20, and cast to enclose the inner surface of the frame and the bent portions 24 formed at the frame 22. The bore 25 of the stator and the bent portion 24 are concentrically cut. A rotor 26 is rotatably supported through two bearings 31 press-fitted in superposition and the portion 24 in a cantilever structure. |
