PURPOSE:To obtain the titled optical information carrier wherein heat is uniformly diffused and which is easily stuck by providing a homogeneous protective coat which is closely stuck to a recording and reproducing film between the recording and reproducing film and an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An optical disk substrate 1 on which a recording and reproducing film 2 is formed is rotated by a spinner and a UV ray-curing resin is coated from the central part of the substrate, homogeneously extended over the whole surface by centrifugal force and then cured by irradiating UV rays to provide a homogeneous protective coat layer 4 closely stuck to the recording and reproducing film 2. Consequently, the heat generated in recording by a laser beam can be uniformly diffused with the homogeneous film of the protective coat, moisture is not absorbed because of the fast sticking and the recording and reproducing film is not degenerated. Furthermore, the selection of the quality of an adhesive and the process are extremely facilitated. |
