PURPOSE:To prompt flash vaporization and to miniaturize a vaporizer by installing a part or whole of the clearance reducing mechanism between stages of each vaporization chamber to below the bottom plates of the vaprization chamber. CONSTITUTION:Bottom plates 32 of vaporization chambers corresponding to clearance reducing mechanisms 31 between stages are removed and reducing boxes 33 between stages having cylindrical or V shape are installed instead of the bottom plates 32 to below the bottom plates 32. Each stage of the vaporizer is divided by a dividing plate 34, and the opening area is adjusted by a reducing orifice 35 between stages. Blowing-by of steam through the reducing box between the stages is prevented independently of the level of brine on the bottom plate, and flash vaporization is prompted by the inside wall of the reducing boxes at the downstream of the orifice. |
