PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility, impact resistance and water resistance of a cured epoxy resin, by using a curing agent prepared by mixing a polyisocyanate compound with a hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polyisocyanate compound is mixed with a hydroxyl group- containing liquid diene polymer at a ratio of the isocyanate groups (NCO) to the hydroxyl groups (OH) of, preferably, 5.0-150 (by molar ratio). Said polyisocyanate compound is one having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecule and is preferred to be, especially, MDI, a liquid modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, or the like. Said hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer is a ilquid diene polymer, number-average MW of 300-25,000, having a hydroxyl group in the molecule (preferably, at a molecular terminal), e.g., butadiene homopolymer or isoprene homopolymer.
