PURPOSE:To perform the soldering in adequate quantity by finding with calculation the solder feeding quantity after soldering by calculating the solder replenishing quantity in case of the calculated value being short exceeding the range of the set value and by setting it as the initial input of the resoldering time. CONSTITUTION:The main control device 2 calculates the length of the consumed solder 18. The length and feed quantity can be found from the feed quantity and return quantity which are detected from the turning quantity of the feed roller of the solder feeder 5 or the turning quantity of its encoder and transferred to the main control device 2. The main control device 2 performs the calculation by its arithmetic function. In case of the soldering being in adequate quantity the feed quantity is equivalent to the feed quantity of the initial input. The judgement of the normal, causion and abnormal is performed by reading the logical heat cycle stored in the external pare memory and by comparing the calculation result with the data of the logical heat cycle (temp. time) in case of the actual solder feed quantity being correct. |
