PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a vibrating plate and to make a speaker thin and light by forming an thin type vibrating plate by a permanent magnet and disposing the vibrating plate driving coil on a substrate opposing to the vibrating plate. CONSTITUTION:The vibrating plate 1 of the thin type speaker comprises a thin plate permanent magnet. The vibrating plate 1 is supported by a square shape frame 3 through an edge 2 displacing a square shape circumference edge according to the movement of the vibrating plate 1. On the upper surface of a substrate 4 opposing to the vibrating plate 1, the vibrating plate driving coil 5 wound and formed in a flat coil pattern is provided. The vibrating plate 1 is maintained at a position separated by a predetermined distance required for vibration from the coil 5. The vibrating plate 1 is made of an amorphous amgnetizing alloy by forming a permanent magnet and by performing a thermal processing to a magnetizing material and generating a crystallization or a relative transformation and thereafter magnetizing and is has the mechanical strength capable of vibration in reciprocation in the plane as it is even in high pitched tone area, a divided vibration is not produced and it can be formed to an extremely thin plate form. |
