The linear slide roller bearing has each roller retainer provided at the free end of its inner surface portion with a retaining projection. This projection retains the outer periphery of each of the barrel-shaped rollers. Each bearing body has a mounting member of U-shaped cross-section. The mounting member is screwed to an inner recess of the body at an intermediate position between the associated roller retainers. The mounting member extends longitudinally and rollably retains the inner periphery of each of the barrel-shaped rollers.
