Mixtures of attractants for attracting ectoparasites

Ortho-nitrophenol represents an attractant (= pheromone) for ectoparasites, in particular for those of the subclass Acarina, and forms the essential constituent of attractant mixtures which also contain at least one component selected from the group comprising further phenols, alcohols, ethers and/or carboxylic acids. Mixtures of this type can be used for attracting ectoparasites and can at the same time contain ectoparasiticidal agents.
