PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic, obtained by incorporating an N-acylamino acid derivative and cationic surfactant with an oily base for the cosmetic which is liquid at ordinary temperature and having improved ability to give moist feeling and flexibility to the hair and improved hairdressing property and usability. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by incorporating (A) 0.1-20wt%, preferably 0.1-10wt%, N-acylamino acid ester, N-acylamino acid amide or N- acylamino acid amine salt as a gelling agent and (B) 0.1-6wt%, preferably 0.5-1.5wt%, cationic surfactant, preferably quaternary ammonium salt, e.g. stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, or amino acid based cationic surfactant with an oily base for the cosmetic which is liquid at ordinary temperature, e.g. liquid paraffin, olive oil or silicone oil. The above-mentioned amounts of the components are based on the total composition. |
