PURPOSE:To improve the group delay time characteristic by providing plural projections to a terminal board and contacting the plural projections of the terminal board to a resonance element. CONSTITUTION:The terminal board 1 has a lead part 1b to be drawn out of the case, the entire part is formed by a comparatively thin metallic plate and the plural projections 2, 2, 2 are provided near the center of the face of the terminal board 1 connected to the resonance element. The projections 2, 2, 2 are formed by a machine such as a press in forming the terminal board 1. The vibration of the resonator is subjected to mechanical damping by the plural projections 2, 2, 2 and since the quantity of damping of the contacted resonator is changed by changing the arrangement of the projections, the desired delay time characteristic is obtained easily by replacing the terminal board.
